Payment

Our gift cards are currently only e-Cards, which can be received for yourself or sent as a gift straight to the recipient’s email!
Our gift cards can be purchased here, through out gift card page. Choose the amount and once purchased you, or the intended recipient, will be sent a unique gift card code. Enter this at the checkout page to use your gift card against your next order.
All our gift cards are valid for one year from the date of purchase.
We don't store your details here, they are passed to our secure payment provider and will only be referred to by a unique identity code when you make an order.
You can pay using a Secure Debit/Credit Card, or alternatively you can pay using PayPal.

Products

Wood is an ever living organism, which "works" even after the tree has been cut. Therefore it still reacts to change in humidity. We give our best to minimize this effect, but unfortunately we are not all-mighty. If there are pieces which are warped so much, that an assembly is not possible please contact us and we will offer you a solution.

If you parcel has been sent with GLS, it might take a few hours till new information shows up on the GLS website. Letters or packages shipped via Hungarian Mail can be tracked at: https://www.posta.hu/nyomkovetes/nyitooldal. In the event that there is an explicit error message with tracking a parcel please contact the courier service directly, or ourselves on +36203687515 or info@laserox.net to resolve any potential issues
Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with your parcels tracking number in. Orders shipped via GLS, can be tracked on the GLS website and letters or packages shipped via Hungarian Mail can be tracked at: https://www.posta.hu/nyomkovetes/nyitooldal. 

We offer personal pickup with partnership of Szellemlovas Board Game store. All pickup orders are delivered once a week at their store (1067 Budapest, Szondi u. 18/a), where you can collect it.

They are open from Monday-Friday: 12-19 and Saturdays: 10-18

You will receive a notification email, once your order is ready for pickup.


Delivery takes usually between 3-5 working days via GLS, and 1 week via Hungarian Mail. Order to non EU countries take usually between 1-2 weeks to arrive, to Asia even longer. Sometimes delays occur, beyond our control. Therefore we would ask for your patience in these cases.
Once you have placed an order a confirmation is sent to your email address. Please check in your spam folder for this confirmation message.

If you change your mind and wish to return an item, under the Consumer Contract (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have 14 working days from the time you receive your order in which to inform us of your decision.

If you change your mind after the item is dispatched, it is your responsibility to ensure items are returned ‘as new’, in the same condition in which they were received. If these goods are not returned in the same condition in which they were received, Laserox retain the right to refuse return, or to deduct up to 50% from the refund cost.

It is recommended that recorded delivery is used upon returning items to us. The costs for returning are not refunded by Laserox, only the original paid shipping costs for delivering the items from Laserox to you.

We ship to almost any country in the world. Should you not find a shipping option to your country, please contact us and we will find a solution.

Order Issues

Although we securely package all our orders, unfortunately some items can become damaged during transit. In this event, you are welcome to return the item shrink-wrapped for a full refund or replacement. (Please note that sometimes we will ask for photo evidence so that we can assess how the damage has occurred and to avoid this recurring in the future.)
All our products are shipped brand new and sealed unless explicitly stated otherwise. Sadly, sometimes mistakes can happen and a product might occasionally arrive with missing pieces due to manufacturing errors. In the event that this occurs, please let us know exactly which pieces are missing and we will send you those pieces asap!
