I really enjoy the quality. I only received one item though rather than four

The quality of the template was excellent unfortunately I thought I was buying four of the templates and I only received one. Be careful when ordering

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend these player boards.

Both boards arrived noticeably warped, which already gives a poor first impression and affects usability on the table.

More importantly, they are only compatible with the base game. They do not properly support the newer expansion (Marine World, Map Packs) content. The acrylic overlay has cutouts on the left side that are too small for the new pieces, and on the right side the layout does not match the current map packs. Neither the university nor the partner zoo cards align correctly with the designated cutouts, which makes the boards impractical to use with the expansions.

I assume the boards were designed before the Expansions were released. However, this limitation should be clearly stated in the product description.

The backing material also feels rather cheap, with a simple green spray-coated finish that does not match the quality I expected.

I am used to much higher production standards from Laserox, so this purchase was disappointing. Had I known about these compatibility and quality issues beforehand, I would not have bought the product.

Very useful I love it

I was particularly impressed with the care and attention to detail Laserox show and this is evident in the design of the product, but also the individual message of thanks included and their rapid and informative response to questions. It is very clear that they sincerely care about customer satisfaction and are intending on making a qualityy product. I wholeheartedly support this mindset.

The assembly was mostly intuitive and presented no real problems and once complete fits perfectly and looks great.
Should I ever need similar organisers for other games in future, I will most definitely be looking at Laserox first.

It is my first laserox insert, but this one is georgous. The small details with thematic engravings look very nice. It does take some time to put all things together, but that is part of the fun. Really like it.
