Returns

Upon receiving the product(s), you have 14 days, to return the product if they do not suit you.

Return costs are always paid by the customer.

The returned product should be in their original packaging, complete with all accessories, and manuals, in perfect condition, and accompanied by a copy of the invoice.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform Laserox of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You can use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

Items returned incomplete, damaged or soiled by the customer are not covered by our refund policy.

Do you want to return a product?

If you change your mind and wish to return an item, you have 14 working days from the time you receive your order to do so. It is your responsibility to ensure items are returned ‘as new’, in the same condition in which they were received. Laserox reserves the right to refuse a return or deduct up to 50% of the refund cost if you fail to return these goods in their original condition. The return costs will not be refunded, only the original order item and shipping costs.
