Is my gift card an eCard or will I receive it as a physical card in the mail?
Our gift cards are currently only eCards, which will be sent straight to your email account. You can then forward the code to the person you’d like to gift!
How does my gift card work? How can I redeem it?
Our gift cards can be purchased here, on our gift card page. Choose the amount and once purchased, you, or the intended recipient, will be sent a unique gift card code. Enter this code at the checkout page to redeem your gift card for your next order.
How long is my eGift Card valid for?
All our gift cards are valid for one year from the date of purchase.
Do you keep payment details on file?
We don't store your details, they are forwarded to our secure payment provider and will only be referred to by a unique identity code whenever you place an order.
What payment options are available?
You can pay using a Secure Debit/Credit Card, or alternatively you can pay using PayPal.

Some sheets in my insert are bent/warped, why is that?
Wood is an ever-living organism that continues to "work" even after the tree has been cut. Therefore, it still reacts to changes in humidity. We do our best to minimize this effect, but unfortunately, we are not all-mighty against the laws of physics and nature. If you receive any pieces that are warped so much that assembly is not possible, please contact us!

Can I change the address on my order?
Yes, we will gladly update the address for you before your order is dispatched. If you wish to change your address details, please call us at +36 20 368 7515, or send us a message on Facebook or via email: info@laserox.net
Do you have a tracking number for my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your parcel's tracking number. Orders shipped via GLS can be tracked on the GLS website, and letters or packages shipped via Hungarian Mail can be tracked at: https://www.posta.hu/nyomkovetes/nyitooldal.
My tracking number isn’t working…
If your parcel has been sent with GLS, it might take a few hours till new information shows up on the GLS website. Letters or packages shipped via Hungarian Mail can be tracked at: https://www.posta.hu/nyomkovetes/nyitooldal. In the event that there is an explicit error message with tracking a parcel, please contact the courier service directly, or our team at +36 20 368 7515 or info@laserox.net to resolve any potential issues.
How does personal pickup work?
We offer personal pickup in partnership with the Szellemlovas boardgame store. We deliver all pickup orders once a week to their store, where you can pick them up.

We will send you a notification via email once your order is ready for pickup.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes between 3-5 working days via GLS and 1 week via Hungarian Mail. Orders to non-EU countries usually take between 1-2 weeks to arrive, and to Asia, even longer. Sometimes delays occur beyond our control. Therefore, we would ask for your patience in these cases.
I have not received an order confirmation?
Once you have placed an order a confirmation is sent to your email address. Please check your spam folder for this message. In the case you can’t find it in your inbox or spam folder, please contact us.
Can I return an item?
If you change your mind and wish to return an item, under the Consumer Contract (Information, Cancellation, and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have 14 working days from the time you receive your order in which to inform us of your decision.
If you change your mind after the item is dispatched, it is your responsibility to ensure items are returned ‘as new’, in the same condition in which they were received. Laserox reserves the right to refuse a return or deduct up to 50% of the refund cost if you fail to return these goods in their original condition.
It is recommended that tracked delivery be used upon returning items to us. The costs for returning are not refunded by Laserox; only the original paid shipping costs for delivering the items from Laserox to you.

What countries do you ship to?
We ship to almost every country in the world. Should you not find a shipping option to your country, please contact us and we will find a solution.

My item has arrived damaged, what should I do?
Although we securely package all our orders, unfortunately, some items can become damaged during transit. In this event, you are welcome to return the item shrink-wrapped for a full refund or replacement. (Please keep in mind that sometimes we will ask for photo evidence so that we can assess how the damage has occurred and prevent it from recurring in the future.)
My item has missing pieces, how do I get a replacement?
All our products are shipped brand new and sealed, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Sadly, mistakes can happen sometimes, and it is possible that a product might arrive with missing pieces due to manufacturing errors. In the event that this occurs, please let us know exactly which pieces are missing, and we will send you those ASAP!
Can I add further items to my order once it has been placed?
Once you've placed your order, you can indeed make additions. Please contact us as soon as possible at +36 20 368 7515 to arrange this, or via email at info@laserox.net
(Please note that adding to your order may affect its dispatch time and incur additional dispatch costs.)
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, canceling is possible. Please inform us as soon as possible, before the order is dispatched. A full refund will be processed for you and appear in your account within 3-5 working days of the cancellation.
What is your returns policy?
