ARTICLE 1 - SCOPE OF APPLICATION
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all deliveries from Laserox Germany UG (hereinafter referred to as Laserox) to consumers.
A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for a purpose that cannot be attributed primarily to their commercial or independent professional activity.
ARTICLE 2 - PRICE
All prices quoted in our online store are gross prices including statutory VAT and do not include shipping costs.
For orders to countries other than the Hungary, you are the importer of the goods concerned. Customs duties or other local taxes or import duties or taxes of state are likely to be due. These rights are not within the jurisdiction of Laserox Germany UG (Laserox). They will be your responsibility and are your sole responsibility, both in terms of returns and payments to the competent authorities and bodies in your country. We advise you to learn about these issues from your local authorities.
The products will be charged based on the rates in effect at the time of order.
The products remain the property of Laserox Germany UG (Laserox) until the full payment is recieved.
ARTICLE 3 - ORDER

Contractual information is presented in English and will be confirmed with all the contractual information at or before the time of delivery. Laserox Germany UG (Laserox) reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute over payment of a previous order. Through this website we only serve end-customers, no company purchases can be accepted.
ARTICLE 3 - VALIDATION
You acknowledge having read and accepted these Terms and Conditions before placing your order. The checkout process is acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Unless proved otherwise, the data recorded on the laserox.net website constitute proof of all transactions made by Laserox Germany UG and its customers.
ARTICLE 4 - AVAILABILITY
Our product offerings and prices are valid until they are visible on the site, subject to availability. In this framework, information on the availability of products are provided at the time of your order. Information on the site are provided for guidance only (control simultaneous error or stock. For products not stocked in our warehouses, our offers are subject to availability from our suppliers. This information comes directly from our suppliers, errors or changes may occasionally happen).
In the event of unavailability of product after placing your order, we will notify you by e-mail upon information received from suppliers.
In case of delay, that is unacceptable to the customer, the order will be canceled and refunded if the account has been debited.
Orders not paid within a period of three weeks will be automatically canceled.
ARTICLE 5 - DELIVERY
The products are delivered to the shipping address you specified during the ordering process. The products are sent by GLS, Hungarian Postal Service, FedEx or UPS. We will provide the parcel’s tracking number by email, so you can follow your shipment.
If you give your phone number when registering, you agree to providing it to the courier service, and it will be on the parcel.
If you buy more products at the same time and one of them is out of stock (not posted on the site), Laserox. however, reserves the right to split shipments. The participation fee for shipping and handling will be charged for one shipment.
In case of delayed shipment, an email will be sent. In this case, and as long as the product hasn’t been shipped, you can always cancel your order.
ARTICLE 6 - PAYMENT
You can pay the purchase price and the shipping costs at your discretion only with the payment options offered by us.
You are not entitled to offset against our claims unless your counterclaims have been legally established or are undisputed. You are also entitled to offset against our claims if you assert notices of defects or counterclaims from the same purchase contract.
As the buyer, you may only exercise a right of retention if your counterclaim arises from the same purchase contract.
ARTICLE 7 - REFUNDS
Upon receiving the product(s), you have 14 days, to return the product if they do not suit you.
Return costs are always paid by the customer.

The returned product should be in their original packaging, complete with all accessories, and manuals, in perfect condition, and accompanied by a copy of the invoice.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform Laserox of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You can use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
Items returned incomplete, damaged or soiled by the customer are not covered by our refund policy.
ARTICLE 8 - COMPLIANCE OF PRODUCTS
We are committed to exchange the products apparently defective, damaged or incomplete or does not match your order. In the unlikely event of this happening, please send us a detailed statement in by email, about your issue with the received product. The images are not a full representation of the products. The actual product might differ from the images.
In case of missing parts, we will forward your request to our manufacturer partner and they will send them out to you.
In case of defective products please return the product or components so that we can send you the replacement parts. Please always contact Laserox Design Kft. (Laserox) before, so we can help you with the return process.
The shipping costs will be reimbursed based on the rate charged. In any case, you benefit from the provisions of the legal guarantee in particular those relating to warranty against hidden, or previously unknown defects.
The provisions of this article does not prevent you from enjoying the right of order withdrawal (money back) under article 7.
ARTICLE 9 - REFUND
Refunds for products in the cases referred to in articles 7 and 8 will be made within less than or equal to 30 days after receiving the returned products.
Refunds will be issued by Laserox Germany UG (Laserox) by crediting your bank account or by refunding you via Paypal to the account used when placing the order. We won’t issue a refund without receiving the returned products beforehand.

ARTICLE 11 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All texts, comments, works, illustrations and images published on laserox.net sites are reserved under copyright as well as intellectual property laws. For this reason and in accordance with the laws of intellectual property, our products are only available for private use, and subject to different rules, even when more restrictive laws of intellectual property are present at the location of use. Reproduction of material published on https://laserox.net in whole or in part, without permission from the owner Laserox Design Kft. (Laserox) is strictly prohibited.
Products are up to change at any moment, without further notice.
ARTICLE 12 - LIABILITY
The products are conform to EU legislation. Laserox Germany UG can not be held liable for non-compliance with the laws of the country where the goods are delivered to (e.g. in case of prohibition of a title ...). It is your responsibility to check with local authorities the possibility to import or use of products or services you plan to order.
Photos are for illustrative purposes. Please refer to product description of each product to know the precise characteristics, and in case of doubt or if you wish further information please contact us.
Laserox Germany UG is responsible for the content of pages it publishes via its website https://laserox.net.
In case of manifest error between the characteristics of the product and its visual representation, Laserox Germany UG can not be held liable.
ARTICLE 13 - APPLICABLE LAW - DISPUTES
This contract is subject to Hungarian law.
The language of this contract is the English language.
In case of dispute, Hungarian courts will have jurisdiction.
