Gloomhaven: Second Edition is a refined version of the original game, featuring redesigned classes, items, and scenarios. It includes new artwork, rewritten narrative, updated miniatures, and a faction-based reputation system. Even veteran players will find fresh content and improved gameplay.

Gloomhaven: Second Edition comes in a huge box with lots of components. Our storage solution makes the adventures you live through much easier and smoother. It sorts and stores all the cards and tokens you need for your gameplay with a reduced setup and cleanup time.

This kit requires assembly. We advise the use of wood glue, which is sold separately.

I'm thoroughly impressed. Not only is the product fantastic, but the support I received from the Laserox team was exceptional. They responded promptly to my inquiries and handled everything professionally. To top it off, I even received a handwritten letter with my order. Thank you, Laserox! You've added a lot of happiness to my birthday.

My order is now stuck in shipping purgatory where a full material list may now be required for customs to release my order. First it was just the glue, then it was question about the material components having metal in them and now it’s what wood is being used. This could be avoided if a warning was given to hold off buying until laser ox gets this resolved, as they knew about this issue in shipping, or if they emailed a already filled out tsca mock document when the order gets sent through customs so buyers can have a chance to fight this with customs.

There was no warning this would happen and I have been working with FedEx to try to get this order released for the last week. Sadly the time limit to get this done ends today 11/26/25 and laser ox has yet to respond to FedEx or myself to answer these new questions or help to fill out this form. When they responded before about the glue and told me it was water based, they then they said it’s on the buyer to fill out this form. Now with these new questions how can I fill out a material form when I do not know what exact materials are used to sate customs stupid inquiries.

I just hope when the package gets returned to them by customs and FedEx (for not meeting these new bs requirements) they give me a full refund.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience — and I’m truly sorry for the frustration you’ve had to deal with. The new U.S. customs regulations have created unexpected delays and complications for many small international businesses, and unfortunately, we’ve seen these issues arise suddenly and inconsistently over the past period.
To clarify a few points:
• We see that during communication with the U.S. customs, their responses have been very slow, and the requirements have not been applied consistently — sometimes they request TSCA forms, sometimes additional material descriptions, sometimes nothing at all. We try to help as best as we can, however, we are unable to monitor all shipping countries' customs regulation changes, especially if they change as rapidly and drastically as they do in the US. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure customs clearance.
• All of our materials are simple, safe components:
– Water-based, non-toxic wood glue
– Birch plywood
– Acrylic
We are always happy to provide the required descriptions when requested.
• TSCA forms, unfortunately, must be completed by the importer (the customer) under U.S. law, but we do supply all needed info when asked.

We agree completely that the situation is far from ideal, and we are currently looking into setting up a new workflow solution to send pre-filled TSCA forms to our customers in case they are requested by the Customs Office.

Similar to others' experience, two pieces required glue. Everything else fit in neatly. It was honestly satisfying to assemble.
Great product overall, fits everything sleeved and is satisfying to use. The only other product I'd recommend getting is a briefcase organizer for the map tiles. It will also give you more room in the box.
