(+) First off, the positives - the organizer is beautiful, and accomplishes the amazing feat of getting everything from the TI 4th Ed. main game, plus the Prophecy of Kings, Thunder's Edge, and Twilight Codices expansions into one box, while generally keeping the components separated. It does all this with a little less than two inches of lid lift, which is mostly OK, as long as you are careful while transporting it.
(+) I really like the drawers for the faction components. While they don't all fit everything (since some factions have a lot more components than others) it didn't really make sense to design 30 drawers each big enough to fit the whole Nekro Virus or Last Bastion factions when most of the others don't need it.
(=) Now, the okay. First, it is one of the most expensive organizers I have ever seen that did not incorporate it's own wooden crate to resize the box, and that price point, in my mind, makes it more fair to expect a higher-quality product. That is a lot of dough. Next, the Twilight's Fall mode included in Thunder's Edge is mostly incorporated, but I don't think they included enough small card dividers to really separate all the smaller card types - unless you are sleeving them. Unsleeved, the small cards leave one-and-a-half of those holders completely empty, which means you have to use more dividers to separate the card types without worrying about them falling over and possibly getting stuck, and it also leaves you with a lot of empty space in the box. It would have been cool if there was a way to design the small card holders without the fixed middle divider, which would allow for more customization with divider placement, as well as to use that space to store other components if you aren't sleeving your cards.
(=) While it is impressive that everything could be fit in the box, it leaves absolutely no free space (except the small card dividers if you aren't sleeving, which are too small to use for most other components because of the built-in dividers. In particular, acrylic borders and fleet stands are common accessories for this game (with Laserox even selling them as well), but there is no space designed in to store them. You may be able to fit the flattened fleet stands in the planet tile holder and put the feet elsewhere in the box (if you have ones with removable legs), but there is no way to put in acrylic board borders without adding lid lift (you can put them in the flat tray on top and put your faction boards under the instruction manuals), adding about a half-inch of lift.
(-) While I really liked the design of the faction storage drawers, there were two things I found kind of annoying about them. While these are smaller concerns, I think they are justified as solid negatives considering the cost and premium nature of this product. First, the Firmament and the Obsidian factions have the exact same symbol on their drawers. This is not accurate - the two factions (technically, the two aspects of the same faction) do not have the same symbol, and it was a bit annoying that we essentially got the same component twice, considering they decided to make a separate tray for them.
(-) Further, considering that the Obsidian got their own tray, even though their components all fit in the Firmament tray and they didn't get a unique symbol, it is all the more notable that there was no engraved faction tray provided for the Council Kelares faction. While you can make the argument that, "well, that faction is technically part of the Twilight Codices expansion, and the product isn't compatible with that", remember that the Twilight Codices are included in Thunder's Edge, making them components included with that expansion. Most reasonable people would expect that an item that says that it accommodates Thunder's Edge would include all of the components in that game box, even those technically part of the Twilight Codices. It would totally have been possible to give the Council Kelares their own drawer too, since while it was cool to give the Firmament / Obsidian factions their own trays, their components did not actually need the space. Again, this seems like a bit of an oversight, and at this price point it would have been nice to at least get a piece with the Council Kelares emblem engraved so you could give them their own drawer if you wanted to, or just have two Firmament / Obsidian trays if you prefer that (ideally with the correct emblem for the Obsidian).
(-) Finally, the player trays just aren't big enough. While some of the ships fit easily into their sections, it is pretty hard to get the Space Docks, Infantry, and PDS into the space provided for them, and getting the Flagship and Dreadnoughts into their space without sticking out is pretty much impossible. This results in the stack there not lining up correctly and damages the components. You can put some of them into the command/control token section if you don't have the premium acrylic tokens.
