Upon receiving the product(s), you have 14 days, to return the product if they do not suit you.
Return costs are always paid by the customer.

The returned product should be in their original packaging, complete with all accessories, and manuals, in perfect condition, and accompanied by a copy of the invoice.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform Laserox of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You can use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
Items returned incomplete, damaged or soiled by the customer are not covered by our refund policy.

Visszaküldenél egy terméket?
Ha meggondoltad magad, és vissza szeretnél küldeni egy terméket, erre a megrendelés kézhezvételétől számított 14 munkanap áll rendelkezésedre. A Te felelősséged, hogy a termékeket „újszerű állapotban”, ugyanabban az állapotban küldd vissza, ahogyan azokat megkaptad. A Laserox fenntartja a jogot, hogy visszautasítsa a visszaküldést, vagy a visszatérítési költség akár 50%-át is levonja, ha nem eredeti állapotában küldöd vissza az árut. A visszaküldés költségei nem kerülnek visszatérítésre, csak az eredeti rendelési tétel és a szállítási költségek.
